Important Reminders:

• All trade show payments MUST be paid by October 1st to participate in Van Marcke’s 2026 Trade Show.  Registration costs are calculated on 1% of manufacturer purchases made through May 31, 2025 to June 1, 2026 and entitles companies to exclusive marketing privileges. Invoices will be sent at a later date.
• All levels of participation are to provide free promotional swag at their tables, ex: stress balls, custom USBs, flashlights, sunglasses, power banks etc. Van Marcke does not require you to bring a raffle gift like in previous years.
